  1. Our Complaints Handling Process
  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
  • Investigation: A thorough investigation will be conducted to understand the issue and identify a resolution.
  • Response: We aim to resolve complaints within 8 weeks. If we cannot resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide an estimated resolution date.
  1. Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
